Gaurav has a broad range of product management experience in healthcare technology ranging from EMRs, data platforms and analytics to consumer health technologies such as digital therapeutics and prescription delivery.
At Ciox, Gaurav leads the strategy and execution of new product initiatives from ideation to scale and is currently focused on Ciox Data Utilities which includes Structured Data Delivery, Data Harmonization and Social Determinant Insights. He also currently serves as an advisor to several early stage health tech startups. Prior to joining Ciox, he led the design and development of FDA authorized apps that use behavioral medicine to reduce symptom severity of GI conditions in patients. During his stint in the world of e-commerce, he built out a nationwide prescription delivery service on top of Instacart's grocery delivery platform.
Gaurav has a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California and stays curious about astronomy, neuroscience, music and modern art.
Paulo Pinho, MD, Vice President & Medical Director of Innovation

Dr. Paulo Pinho is currently the Vice President & Medical Director of Innovation for Diameter Health where he provides clinical expertise and thought leadership on existing and emerging regulations, healthcare data standards and technologies relevant to Diameter Health solutions.
Prior to his current role, he was the Chief Medical Officer at Optimum Life Reinsurance and the Lead Medical Director for Prudential International Insurance responsible for global innovation for Prudential’s markets in Asia and Latin America.
Paulo has practiced Medicine for close to 20 years – he is dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and board eligible in Insurance Medicine. He spent over a decade practicing both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at PASE Healthcare, a medical practice serving over 8,000 patients that he founded and ran as sole proprietor. He continues as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School and remains clinically active an urgent care organization.
He also has been an active speaker and author in industry journals and is an active volunteer with the Arthritis Foundation and in an organization that provides on-site and remote care to a village-based clinic near Leogane, Haiti.
