John Bandler is a lawyer, consultant, speaker, teacher, and author in the areas of cybersecurity, cybercrime, privacy, investigations, and more. He is the founder of Bandler Law Firm PLLC and Bandler Group LLC, legal and consulting practices that help organizations and individuals with cybersecurity, the prevention and investigation of cybercrime, privacy, compliance, risk management, and governance.
John has expertise in many subjects, holds a number of certifications, and is a prolific writer and speaker. As vice president and corporate compliance officer, Sabrina Coleman is responsible for administering and managing the enterprise's compliance program, ensuring that PacificSource maintains full compliance with all governmental agencies, including all Federal and State regulatory agencies. Sabrina most recently served as the senior director of delegation oversight for L.A. Jennifer R. Franks is a Director in GAO’s Information Technology and Cybersecurity team. She oversees work on emerging cybersecurity issues and federal agencies’ abilities to protect privacy, sensitive data, and the computing infrastructure. Jennifer also leads the team’s ongoing assessment of information technology and cybersecurity issues during the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, she is a certified member of GAO’s adjunct faculty, where she facilitates agency new hire, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion courses.
Jennifer joined GAO in 2006. She has led audits on cybersecurity and IT management/operations at an array of federal agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Office of Personnel Management. She has also led various training events and presented at panels on topics such as information security auditing, diversity and inclusion, and mentoring.
